aniwae... with me having 4 new books to read.. and asy had 2 new books to read.. i guess that leave our book hunting to come to a rest.. for now.. or maybe not.. cos asy still hasn't managed to find his "Dicky" book. =))))

the tax busy period is over. at least for me. thank god i managed to finish all the clients tax return in tyme. took me the whole of 2.5months to finish them. now its boss turn to review all the tax return. hundreds of them within a week. good luck!

its now back to audit/compilation job for me. aite, the 1st job is audit. given on friday and client wants it on 21 nov to tender a govt job. impossible! how can i finish it within 3 weeks. esp this company.. the previous accounts that i did, it took me more den a month to finish the audit, clearing reviews and all. esp when auditing is getting a lot more tougher. sigh!

aniwae, attended a half day audit workshop at Pan Pacific Hotel yesterday. i shall agree with JT and JP that the speaker is good. =)

told Bf abt how this guy approach me one day in the train. and Bf told me the tactic that guy used is the same as wat was written in The Game. haha.. so am i right to say this book is popular among the gentlemen??? haha... but too bad.. for that guy.. tactic tk berjaya on me... cos the guy has got sweaty palm and his size is kinda too big for me. so i gave him a straight X! hah.

aniwae, me and bf watched Sorority Row and its one of the better horror movies we've watched recently. we watched till we had to close our mouth from accidentally shout. so, u guys can try and watch it over the weekend ya.

aite.. so after events on last Saturday and Sunday, i purposely took leave on Monday to rest. but plans changed because Bf managed to get OFF. yup. initially its half day.. but his Encik is such a baik hati person. =)

i got soo excited dat my plan to wake up at 11-12pm turns out to be terbantut. haha. he reached at mine at 10am and we left for movie at Shaw Lido. watch Invitation Only. and its boring.

ouh, and Bf made a reservation at Jacks Place Heeren. when we reached there, haha. no booking needed! its only 10% full. but, better be safe den sorry kan. lagipun its been really really really really long i promise him Jacks Place. lyke more den 6 months ader tak? haha.

well, we ordered the lunch set meal and gt really bloated. thnkful we chnged the cake to ice cream kan. haha. due to dat we choose not to proceed on with our 2nd movie at vivo. instead, we decided to go to ION orchard for a stroll. lets see... we went to Marc Jacobs, Miu Miu, Longchamp, Bally, Burberry, (did we go Dolce & Gabbana.. hehe.. =p), and cant remember the rest already. well, its heaven to be in those boutiques. missed Aldo and some other wanted boutiques at the Basement tho. there goes my opportunity to at least get my platform heels. =/

aniwae, we then head to Toa Payoh because his long serviced hp creates problem. hmm.. and so bought Bf the Nokia 5030 Xpress Radio phone. its cheap and the good thing is it comes with a torchlight function as well.

and when Monday evening comes... the mind just goes... 'darm.. tmr im working!'

Last Sunday, made a 1 day trip to JB.

Ibu say it was my 2nd trip to kampung at Pontian. frankly speaking, i totally cant remember a thing from my 1st trip. was in kindergarten mybe? haha. i can only relate my 1st trip to Pontian through the pictures taken back then. aniwae, it was quite a long journey. we took public transport all the way to Pontian Station. dat already took 3.5hrs from my home sweet home. den another half hr (by car) to travel to my Obek's place. so to and fro, i had a total of 8 hrs of long journey on the road last weekend. equivalent to 1 proper sleep seh.

Aniwae, peaceful is the word to describe kampung. everybody knows dat. i wish i cud stay at least for a nite but youngest sis has gt English paper the following day.

Oh, and we tried the cendol tepi jalan near Pontian Station. nice. i dunno how to compare it wid Spore's cendol. cos actually, dat was my 1st cendol.. hehe.. they just look sooo appetizing! dan org da belikan, takkan nk tolak kan.. heh.



















aite. and these were the goods we brought back home. they worth RM85. sooo cheap!

raya wid the AI guys took place on last saturday. the plan was to ask the YJ peeps along. but due to the nk-tk-nk feeling... i rather we dun. so, AI guys should by right consists of the 6 jahanam. Asyraf. Syawal. Din. Mus. Zal. Adnan. but the last 2 have gt their own jln raya plan wid their other frens.

yeah.. and dey dun bring their gfs along cos 1) no gf. 2) gf is not a malay. dat leave me being the only rose among the thorns. well... they are nice people. and yup. im so not kekok wid them even after abt 4 yrs? some 5yrs? heh. and they have been great entertainers. shall nvr 4get the reason why syawal was late dat day. =)

Bf's house was the last. and so we lepak a while longer over dey. mama fried the cah kueh (you tiao) and i made coffee. just nice mcm sembang2 pt kedai kopi kan... and secara tk sengaja, i actually heard the guys talked abt marriage. whahah. sungguh weird i tell you people. and so i left the table a while, went to the kitchen w/o knowing wat exactly i wanna do.

aite, these are people from my father's side (except the 2nd photo of course). kecoh dan menghebohkan. the last photo was from 1st day raya. norm. we gather and take pictures. same place. roughly the same position. the difference was this year colour theme was blue and pink. oh, and the curtain changed too. haha.

overall, this year family visiting was rather simple. 1st week, only 3 houses. jujuk pagi, nyayi munah and nek jah. den sunday we stayed home for lunch invitation to all our non-malay frens. but only my colleagues came. ais's fren, ayah's bangladesh frens and my poly mates cant make it on dat day. and so since ders lots of food... bf was invited den. haha. and short after, mamang acan came. rezeki kamu smua la eh. dpt mkn nasi briyani.

2nd week was the really kecoh week. the whole of ayah's side gather again. meeting point was at ours. chartered a 25 seater bus from 12pm to 12am. its super exciting la. meriah! haha. i wanna do it again. =)

aite, these are only some of the best photos taken with relatives. ders alot more but im lazy to edit and upload them. ouh, and this year we hardly visit my mum's side. after wat happened, i myself mcm tawar hati nak pergi sana. but aper2 la.. i know my parents right. or at least not as bad as some others.

i was introduced to another K-pop group through Sis-in-law blog early this week. and im already sooo addicted to its "fire" song.. "pretty boy" is also nice.

Head down to Novena Square 2 yesterday. Purpose was to find sis’s shawl and shoes for raya. But ended up we found nothing that were to our liking. Well, nearly went home empty handed.

but.. no we din. The thing is klu fiza da kluar, susah nk tgk she goes back home dgn tangan kosong kan. Haha.. Over at Square 2, we patronized Palazzo clothing & accessories store. my 1st tyme and it was really a good satisfying visit. It feels lyke I have a personal shopper gitu. almost all the clothes dat she picked were awesome. So after some trying here and der… we walked out of the shop with:

1 white/black office dress w belt;
1 black japanese style plated top;
1 black half jacket with ribbons and plated flaps on the collar;
1 maroon/purple off shoulder satin top.

Total bill was $190. nearly I do not want to purchase all 4 cos it’s a lil too steep for my impulse buy. But thanx to sis I ended up buying all of them. Heh.. Thanx eh thanx eh.. aku takkan merungut lagi. Heh.

Reached home, tried all the new tops and oso match some of it with all of my unworn dresses. Operation success! Cos that half jacket goes well wid all the dresses. Worn and unworn!

aniwae... i love it when china girls serve me when it comes shopping for clothes. never have i been dissapointed with them. hopefully it stays dat way. =)

yesterdays trip to geylang serai was ok-ok only.

we din managed to find any nice2 black kurung. so the menyedihkan. but nvm.. we will try our luck at Bimla. if really dun have, den mayb we go wid matching colours.

so, apart from hunting for the couple's kurung... ais hunt for her kurung as well.. she found one to her liking at First Lady. jealous aku! hah. walked around to find golden flowers for the curtain too. and bought for ayah his size 4 songkok lipat. the salesman was a little shock but - psst! ayah say the size 4 is still a lil too big for him. haha.. *smack forehead*

ouh.. and we din buka properly too. cos by the tyme we reached kallang.. its already packoll abes seh. so santapan buka kami ader la MENTOS dan ICE MOUNTAIN. heh. the only proper meal was Subway around 9pm. tu pun the meatballs no longer avail. ate the chicken teriyaki. not as nice and juicy as meatballs..

oh ye... dendeng pun dibeli jugak. tapi sayangnye... kurang gilap gelap.. its lyke half cooked lyke dat. dunno if Bie throw away his.. but mine i put it in the oven smpi hangus. haha.. no la.. till its well done.. seeedddaaapp!!!

yesterday's home spring cleaning was full of LOL.

from sahur, baking the kuehs, to fixing of new curtain, installing the curtain nye kayu, break fast, wiping the wall and lastly our late night dinner.

it was definitely the fun-nest pre hari raya home cleaning. aite.. so now left wid cooking the lauk pauk. and the tot of having to prepare the ingredients for sambal goreng already makes me goes "alamak...."hmph!

aniwae.. bought a new curtain for the family.. its black in colour la.. cantik cantik! haha. no pics will be uploaded. klu nk tgk, dtg rumah la k.. =)

and there will be new deco in the house. flowers di-sembelit at pipes. =)

we've baked 4 types of kuehs already. and dats abt it la i guess.

i can just wait and see how it goes on friday nite.. my feeling says i will only be meeting Mr Bf on saturday evening. mayb to break fast together, movie and home. and no, i dun want to go toa payoh if the meet up starts after 6pm. those smses can no longer be relied on.

Monday was on half day, cos Mr J was also on half day. so me follow2 cos im pretty bored with my routined life lately kan.

Met Mr J at Vivocity at 2pm. watched the time traveller's wife and ok2 only la. takde la smpi meleleh airmata dan hingus kan.

ouh.. and we went on a sushi spree as well. biler ditelek2, each of us gt at least 10 sushi. mcm gelojoh gitu kan. haha.. but so far they are the best sushi.. very juicy and tasteful! shall gt them again the next tyme i step foot at vivocity B2. =)

aniwae. right after vivo, we head down to The Cathay to catch The FD in 3D. haha. its as gore as the SAWs, till i accidently grab Mr J's arm real tight for god-knows-how-long. haha.. sorry k. i tak janji i takkan buat lagi. =p

aniwae, audit consol of vietnam and singapore companies done. at least for my part. its now in boss's room for review. well.. hopefully everything is ok. definitely exceed the budgetted hours given to complete. hmm... exceed by abt 52hrs seh.

ive a strong feeling ill be questioned. but yeah.. ive got my own reasons for that.

1) translating 2 years of S$ consol to US$ really needs a lot of concentration since the figures are huge! and they are all over the pages tau!
2) reconstruct the whole consolidation worksheet.
3) other minor2 reasons.

so right now, my table is a lot more spacious except for those tax files, Form Cs and this particular company that hasnt been declaring actual tax payable since year 04?? telek punye telek, mesti bnyk seh the saman. heh.

ouh... Mr Bf suggested to get our Black Kurung this coming Monday after my work. Lyke finally..... =)

We had american twister, waffle meal and crunchy bun for breakfast. and they are not tat nice. shud have tried the porridge. but then, we were scared that we gonna get full alot faster than planned.

so we spent the morning together challenging each other sudoku on Today papers. no win no lose. haha. cos half way through, we decided to combine effort. =)








left KFC. head down to cineleisure. and Mr Bf is so the pampering type tau. haha. cos he said that wherever we go to on that day, we gonna take a cab. heh. mcm shiok gitu got paid chauffeur eh. hehe.

Aniwae, Bruno is a crazy movie. entertaining but i dun really understand some parts.

and that was my 1st present. he bought me the "limited edition" LUXE book. heh. well, its really limited edition in Singapore. best is, its hard cover. =)
